Susan Crow Studio accepts payment through visa, mastercard, american express and other payment options shown below. If you prefer to send us a check, contact us directly and we will set you up.



Is there a piece of our jewelry that you would love to own but need time to pay it off? Susan Crow Studio has partnered with AFFIRM, a respected finance company that will help you pay off your purchase over time. You choose how much you want to pay each month and how long you want to make payments. We want you to love and enjoy our jewelry and will ship it right away after we are done making it for you when you choose AFFIRM at check out. 



Because most of the jewelry is handmade to order, we require a 2-4 week turn around time. Some items are in stock and will ship right away. Please contact us if you have a time sensitive request we will be more than happy to work with your needs.



Susan Crow Studio will ship all orders USPS Priority or Priority Express. 
When returning an item, shipping charges are not credited and will be paid by the customer. EFS is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit, so it's a good idea to insure your package.



We currently do not handle international orders online. Please contact us directly if you would like to place an order.

 If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges for unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt for store credit. Credit must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase. Rings and special orders cannot be exchanged.

Please contact us. when shipping an item for return. When you receive our reply, please package the piece securely and include your return address, e-mail, phone number, and a detailed description why you are returning the piece. When we receive your item and inspected it, we will contact you and issue you a store credit that must be used within 1 year from your original date of purchase. SCS is not responsible for return shipping costs or loss during return shipping.



Repair services for damaged and worn jewelry made by Susan Crow Studio are provided upon request. Please contact us. When shipping an item for repair, please email us first. When you receive our reply, please package securely and include your return address, e-mail address, phone number, and a detailed description of the repairs to be made. When we receive your item, we will contact you with an estimate of the cost and the time needed for the repair.
