WHAT WARRANTIES DO YOU OFFER?

Susan Crow Studio guarantees that the jewelry you purchased directly from them is free from defects in craftsmanship for one year from time of purchase. If you feel that your jewelry is in need of repair due to a manufacturer defect, we ask that you send it in for evaluation. If we decide that the repair is needed due to manufacturer defect, we will repair it free of charge. Our one-year warranty does not include every day wear and tear or abuse/neglect. We also cannot cover any Susan Crow Studio Jewelry items that have been worked on by another jeweler. After evaluation, we will advise you on what repair is needed. Repair takes 1-2 weeks.

 

DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE APPRAISALS?

We offer insurance appraisals for jewelry that has been fully supplied by us for $125.00 per appraisal.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Susan Crow Studio wants you to love your new jewelry but if for some reason you need to return an item, please contact the studio. We accept exchanges for unused jewelry within 10 days of receipt for store credit. Credit must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase.

To request a refund or exchange, please email us at info@susancrowstudio.com. Please include your first and last name, the name and price of the jewelry and your reason for return. Please don’t ship jewelry back to us until you have received a reply. Once you hear back from us, ship your jewelry fully insured. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Rings and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are not credited and the customer will pay return shipping. SCS is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit. 

 

CAN I VISIT YOUR STUDIO?

Yes, definitely! We love to meet our clients. Our working studio is open for visits by appointment. Please call or email us to arrange your personal consultation. Because of COVID, only two people are allowed inside the studio at the same time and masks must be worn. 

We are fully set up for online consultations, and do them often with out of town clients. 

We specialize in small collections and one-of-a-kind designs for fine jewelry, wedding bands and custom engagement rings.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Because most of the jewelry is handmade to order, we require a 2-6 week turn around time. Some items are in stock and will ship right away. Please contact us if you have a time sensitive request we will be more than happy to work with your needs.

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

Susan Crow Studio ships USPS priority express overnight or USPS 2 day. Outside of the U.S., call our studio for shipping fees. Insurance is included in the shipping price. 

Shipping charges are not refundable on repairs sent in. Rings and special orders cannot be exchanged. Shipping charges are not credited and return shipping will be paid by the customer. SCS is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit.

 

WHAT IS MY RING SIZE?

If you don't know your ring size, we can help you determine what size you wear. We can send you a free ring sizer and assist you in using it through FaceTime or a zoom session. You may also send us an existing ring that fits you and we will make your new ring that size.

In-stock rings can be sized up or down within a certain range based on their individual design. When you order a ring, please order it in the correct size that you want. We decide whether to resize a stock ring or make a new one based on the size you’ve ordered. We want to make sure your ring is made with the highest quality possible. For custom rings, we hand make them to the correct size that you provide us.

Please contact the studio directly with your sizing questions. if your ring needs to be adjusted after the size you ordered, there will be a base fee to cover labor and materials, plus shipping. We reserve the right to determine on a case-by-case basis what the fee will be which is determined by the size and width of the ring.

Rings that have been sized for your purchase are not returnable or exchangeable. Please email susan.crow@gmail.com for more information.

Customers are responsible for return shipment cost of rings that need to be sized.
